We are deeply saddened to share the news of the sudden passing of Michael Thoennissen.
Michael’s leadership was characterised by a rare blend of expertise and kindness, making him a well-liked and respected figure. His loss leaves a significant void in our lives, and we join his family in grieving a man who gave so much of himself to Westcrete.
During this period of transition, we ask for your patience and understanding as we process this devastating loss. Michael’s impact on Westcrete was immeasurable, and his influence will continue to guide us as we move forward.

An Out-of-Hours Surcharge of will apply to all services rendered outside of our standard operational hours (Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM) which will be in effect from 1st January 2026.
This is necessary to cover the increased operational and labour costs incurred when mobilising staff and resources weekends and public holidays.
Westcrete kindly sponsored All Saints Wise Owls Pre-School their new outdoor coats. This is the first time they have been able to do so being a charity setting.
All Saints has a close connection with Manager Joel who attended All Saints Primary School many years ago.

Because we value you as a customer, we want you to know that we’ve made updates to our T&C which includes Risk & Title (7).
7. Risk and Title
7.1 As soon as we have delivered the goods or services, you will be responsible for them.
7.2 We shall retain ownership of the goods until the later of the following events:
You have finished paying for them;
You or your agent have collected them; or
We have delivered them to the location specified by you.
7.3 We may require the customer upon reasonable notice to arrange with us for the return of any unwanted goods, failing which we may take legal action to recover the goods or their value.

We take great pride in making sure our display areas are kept looking fresh with new products on display which we hope helps our customers get a much better idea of what will work for their landscaping preference and also to judge on how the products fare in outdoor conditions with natural daylight instead of pictures on a website or in a brochure which sometimes can be very misleading.

We aim to keep excellent levels of stock on most of our products which satisfies our customers needs and if stock is not available we aim to get more stock within 2-3 weeks depending on our supplier of course. By contacting us via telephone or email we can give you an estimated lead time on products that are either out of stock or a special order item.

Our new Lorry has been beautifully sign written by Mystic Signs Ltd, Bridport which is a friendly, family run business that has over 30 years experience who specialise in signs and lettering, screen printing, vehicle lettering & much more.
